- Button is for SBSC staff only.
- When the current system detects that you may be saving a duplicate record, it provides a warning.
- This button provides a way to see details for that warning
- It appears next to the service selection on Service Record entry screens
- When you click on the button you receive on screen notes that show the following:
- Records you will duplicate if you save the record you are entering
- A complete 13 month history of the SELECTED service for the selected patient
- Existing duplicate records
- PLEASE NOTE: When you are editing a record, the record you are editing will show up as a duplicate. Ignore this. We are planning on fixing this in the next release

- the new group is compatible with the old
- you are changing from 'Cred/Lic. Not Verified' to a discipline group, the new group has to be compatible with the discipline group the practitioner was originally part of.
- If the practitioner DOES NOT have service or claim records, you can change the discipline group to whatever group you wish.
